Mid City Baton Rouge’s energy is contagious, and we wanted to be a part of it. When an old yoga studio in Capital Heights hit the market, we knew it was the perfect vibe. Creating a new office space that could stir our creativity and house our fun, dynamic staff was a thoughtful process.
After enthusiastic deliberations on new windows, paint colors and flooring, and help from local interior designer Amanda Cason, we built our mid city office haven. In January 2019, we packed up our local art collection and fleet of iMacs to travel down the road, officially becoming Mid City residents.
We didn’t take this move lightly. We have a responsibility to contribute to the revitalization of this funky and artistic community. STUN’s significant property improvement and the design work coming out of our fresh new place delivers on that responsibility.
While we’re proud to be in mid city, leaving downtown was a tough decision. STUN was a part of the revitalization and positive change we all enjoy in downtown, and it was our home for years. But, it’s a quick bike ride away, and what’s more #midcity than biking downtown?
